Global marketplace & absolute limitation of liability
Tuco's Bazar is a neutral platform connecting global and local users for advertising new and secondhand products, intended for local pickup or international shipping. Tuco's Bazar, its owners, operators, affiliates, and related legal entities assume absolute zero responsibility or liability for any transactions, communications, shipping disputes, item condition inaccuracies, financial losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of this website. By using this platform, posting an ad, or contacting a user, all responsibility, risk, and liability lie solely and exclusively with the users themselves.
Classifieds venue only
Tuco's Bazar provides a platform where users can post and browse local classifieds. We do not take ownership of any listed item, we do not facilitate or process payments, and we do not act as a broker, escrow, or agent in any transaction.
User-to-user transactions
All arrangements, negotiations, payments, and exchanges happen directly between users. Tuco's Bazar is not a party to any sale, trade, giveaway, or service agreement and has no control over the accuracy of listings, the quality of items, or whether a buyer or seller will complete an exchange.
No responsibility for meetups
Users choose if, when, where, and how to meet. Tuco's Bazar does not organize, supervise, or guarantees the safety of any in-person meetings.
Assumption of risk
By using Tuco's Bazar you agree that all risk related to listings, transactions, communications, and physical meetups is assumed entirely by you. Tuco's Bazar, its operators, affiliates, and service providers disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, or harm that may result from using the platform or interacting with other users.
Prohibited content
Listings must follow our Prohibited Items Policy. We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these rules or creates risk for other users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Tuco's Bazar after changes means you accept the updated terms.
